When You Trap a Tiger

A book by Tae Keller. This book is about a 12 year old Asian girl named Lily who moves in with her grandmother ( Halmoni ) who loves to tell stories. She finds out that her grandmother had stolen something from tigers. Those tigers want it back. On top of it all, her grandmother is now sick! Then, a magical tiger makes a deal with Lily. Give back what her grandmother stole in return for her health. But deals with tigers are not what they seem…

This heartwarming story is truly amazing. None of it is written in past tense. Tae Keller really captured the way one story can change a whole course. So, I definitely recommend this book. Five out of five stars!!! ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Excellent review of what sounds like a fun read! I love stories in the present tense. I have a feeling this book is a bit mysterious and hard to put down! 🙂
